All online orders are subject to availability, in the rare circumstance of a shortfall in Australian stock, we will notify the purchaser within 24 business hours of receipt of your order and provide you with the ETA of the stock and an option of an immediate full refund. Cleanfix Australia has the right to refuse an order for any reason.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Change of Mind Returns: Our “No Regrets Return Policy” makes change of mind product returns simple, it’s designed to make shopping on our website an enjoyable experience with significant savings, and no regrets. Cleanfix Australia offers the option of exchange or refund on any item purchased through this website where a change of mind has occurred provided the item is returned undamaged, in its original sealed packaging, returned within fourteen days of purchase and meets the below conditions.
(a) product is unused, complete, free of damage and is in new saleable condition (b) the purchaser covers all freight costs in the return and original supply of the product (c) a copy of the purchase invoice and credit card payment receipt is returned with the goods (d) the returned product must have a “Return Authorisation Number” shown on the packaging for identification and processing, this number is attained by phoning 1300-881000. The Cleanfix Australia Returns & Exchange Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
For your convenience, the purchased product can be returned to either of the following locations:
• Our National Distribution Centre – Cleanfix Australia Unit 4, No 1 Reaghs Farm Rd Minto NSW; or:
• The Cleanfix Distributor Stockist that despatched the product, contact details of the distributor can be provided by phoning 1300-881000.
FAULTY GOODS OR WARRANTY CLAIM:
If the goods are faulty or develop a fault within the warranty period, you may be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced through warranty. If the goods are found to be faulty within the warranty period, we recommend you contact our National Service Centre and advise them of the fault on 1300-881000. You will be supplied detail on the quickest way to resolve the matter, and where applicable detail of your nearest "Approved Warranty Agent" to take the product to for assessment where required. The Cleanfix Australia Warranty Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
FREIGHT & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Free Shipping to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS and most parts of NT & WA apply.
If you are in a remote area of WA or NT where delivery charges apply, prior to processing your order you will be notified of the subsidised delivery surcharge that applies, you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order and recieve a full refund or to accept the subsidised delivery charge.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders received through this website are shipped within 24 Hours of order receipt, the vast majority of goods are delivered within seventy two hours of order receipt. Orders are despatched with freight firms owned by the Toll Group, to seek confirmation of the ETA of an order, simply phone 1300-88 1000.
Co-Ordinating Delivery ETA:
It is recommended that the purchaser plans and facilitates an easy and simple delivery of their order, it is essential that:
a. Someone is at attendance at the delivery address to take delivery of the order.
b. A forklift is available at the delivery address to unload the freight, if a large or heavy item has been ordered.
Large or Heavy Item Delivery:
In the case where a medium to large item has been ordered, a forklift may be required at the delivery point to unload the item. If you have ordered product/s that requires forklift unload, we will phone you to confirm that a forklift is available. If a forklift is not available, we will have the freight shipped to your nearest freight depot for your collection.
Should a delivery attempt be made and delivery was not possible due to the purchaser or their representative being unavailable to take delivery, or for any other reason other than the direct fault of the courier, the courier is likely to charge a redelivery charge. In such cases the re-delivery charge is payable by the purchaser, unless the purchaser elects to collect the item from the carrier’s freight depot instead of having a further delivery attempt made.
Unloading Delays – Freight Carrier Surcharge:
We encourage all purchasers to monitor the delivery ETA of their ordered products to facilitate a simple delivery, avoiding potential time delays for the courier. Courier firms reserve the right to charge waiting times should the time required to make a delivery becomes excessive; in such a case the purchaser would be liable for additional delivery costs.
If the product and/or packaging is delivered to you damaged, it is essential to make note of the damage on the delivery document that the courier will request you to sign. Failing to do so will result in the courier firm not accepting liability for damaging goods in transit and confirms that the goods were delivered in good order.
